The fabric is shredded and blended into various colorgroupings used in a patented blending system for consistent shade matching. Virgin acrylic is added for strength to achieve a smooth gentle feel. Polyester yarn is used to maintain washability and stability. Perhaps the most unique option in enviromentally friendly fabric is that it's made from a blend of virgin acrylic and recycled cotton.
