SHIPPING COSTS
We promote ground service shipping. Shipping and packaging fees are calculated through our shopping cart.
BACK ORDERS
Back orders are delivered via the same method of delivery as the original order at no additional charge. Please allow up to 4 weeks for back orders.
RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply call or email us.
Please follow these steps.
Call for returns 603-433-3210. Please provide the Paypal order number, the product you are returning, customer name, reason for return, e-mail address and request for either a refund or replacement.
Product must be shipped through courier such as UPS, Federal Express, USPS, or any courier that issues a tracking number. Returns must be within 30 days of purchase.

Please allow a minimum of 14 days for us to receive and process your return. We will refund the value of the merchandise total (excluding delivery and handling charges). Your refund will be processed through Paypal.
Shipping cost will be refunded if Green Fashion Line made a mistake in shipping the product. If the product is being returned for replacement, additional shipping charges will apply. Green Fashion Line is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged returns during transit.
